Branch trading – shop areas re-opening.
We are pleased to announce that the shops within our 3 branches have been modified to enable us to open these areas to the public as follows:-

Holsworthy Branch – from 13th July 2020 during the revised hours of 8.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm. The branch will remain closed between 1.00pm and 2.00pm.

Torrington Branch – from 20th July 2020 during the revised hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm.

Bodmin Branch – from 3rd August 2020 during the revised hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Pre-ordering ‘Call, Email and Collect Service.
We shall continue to operate this procedure in all branches and we actively encourage our customers to use this method of ordering and collecting. Please be aware that whilst the shop areas are being re-opened during the course of this month, the Covid-19 security measures which remain in place in all branches preclude customer access to all other areas, with the exception of the designated collection bays. These are only accessible at the time allotted to you for the collection of pre-ordered goods.
Large orders from our shops.
We are expecting higher levels of customers visiting our shops. If you require larger quantities of our products, please call or email us first so we can organise your order and save you time.
Stock Levels.
There remain issues around the availability of certain stock lines caused by high demand and many manufacturers still not running at full capacity.
We are putting considerable effort into managing this situation but inevitably we are running out of some products for short periods of time.
Please bear with us while stocks are replenished. We are receiving regular deliveries from all our suppliers, albeit in some cases on extended lead times.
